John B. Hogan, Of Counsel, has been practicing in the field of Education and Labor Law since 1962.  He received his J.D. degree from Boston College and was admitted to bar, 1954, New York; 1955 U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York; 1958, U.S. Supreme Court; 1982, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.  Certified construction arbitrator–American Arbitration Association,  member American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Broome County Bar Association.
